Sorry to read you can't access your account,

At what point is your account locked...

1. Can you Log in to TradeMe at all?
2. If you Login is it just your Membership you can't access?
3. Are you getting an error message?
4. If you're running a VPN disable it.
5. If your account has been in debt for 90 days or more topping your account up after Logging in should clear it.

If you still can't Login, you're not running a VPN & your account is not in debt you can contact TradeMe staff directly through "Live Chat" for assistance, - A staff Member will be able to verify you. - If a Restriction has been placed on your account this can be for many reasons, one of these is in securing your account from harm. - Cheers.

In the case of a Locked account you can actually Live Chat with a Real Person/Staff who can verify Member's there & then rather than awaiting day(s) for a return reply to the Drop down forms - Cheers.
