Purchaser address details not populating into ‘book a courier’
AnsweredHi, is anyone else finding that purchaser address details do not appear once you go through ‘book a courier’? They are sent to me via email and show up under ‘sold items’ but when I select book a courier they do not appear and I manually have to enter the name and address. Anyone else experiencing this ?

Yes, this happens frequently. It's usually caused by the member not having an address format that matches what is recognised by the couriers address lookup eg the use of Flat 2, or 2-46 or incorrect suburb or postcode or several other variables that can be entered in different ways. I have to manually type addresses in around 5-10% of sales.
