Listing Does not Relist

Hello Barney. Is this My Products you are having problems with?

Is your account in credit and / or auto billing activated? If you don't have credit items might not relist

Do you have the listing allowance cap turned on? This can prevent relisting if you have hit your high volume listing allowance limit.

Otherwise maybe come back with some more info. Like if you are getting error messages or listing failure warnings.

Oh Callum, all these ridiculous reasons.  ITEMS ARE NOT RELISTING - it's as plain and simple as that, items are not relisting, and it is so frustrating.  When is this upgrade going to be completed?

Hi James. All my items are relisting perfectly fine, using My Products.

The trouble is just saying MY ITEMS ARE NOT RELISTING  is hardly useful.

If it is actually in My Products that items are not being relisted, then as Callum has mentioned more info is needed if all the usual checks have been made ie, in the settings tab, make sure the appropriate choice has been made in the Listing allowance cap section to either do not exceed free listings or keep listing and incur HVL fees. A quick way to see if your limit has been reached is to look on the main My Products table page and look for the Listing allowance used numbers at the right hand side. This will show eg 252/252 meaning you have 252 listings and your allowance is 252. Check these numbers vs your products that should be listed by using the filter in the first column set to Active. This will tell you how many products you have activated to list. If you then click the Status column header you can sort by Listing, not listed, FPO. 

Also check the filter to Needs attention to see any that have listing failures, no stock qty, more info etc.

Other than that, more info is needed.

I have increased the listing allowance to 200 just now. I see because of low listing allowance the listings were not relisted. Will the pending relists will be activated automatically or do i need to relist them manually for now? Thanks

Ahh ok. They will relist usually within 20 mins. Unfortunately the only way to force list is to do them individually by going in to the product and doing the save.

So frustrating:--- some of my items are not relisting. Yes, I have tried to list them individually still not working. This has now been going on for months.
