Unable to Book a Courier
AnsweredTrying to book a courier for something else I want to send. At the end it says 1 section that needs an update, Can't find anything wrong. 'Go to 1st section' doesn't work. Unable to follow prompts, Courier quotes doesn't work

Sorry to read of your trouble in trying to Book a Courier,
What Device / Browser or App are you using to access this?
I am on the Desktop site, MS Edge Browser & have just gone through the Something else I want to send option, Booking a Pick up & Delivery so I can let you know - I have been successful all round, not running into any of the trouble you've encountered & received full Courier options, as below...

If you are using one of the Apps Type TradeMe.co.nz into your Device Browser to select the Desktop site in the interim to see if any issues persist.
If you come up with the same error '1 section that needs an update,' you may want to try manually entering your & your Buyer's address's - sometimes when there is even an extra space in the address's this could show the error you've received - manually entering the address's overcomes any extra characters/spaces which may be copied & pasted over. - You can also check the Buyer's address through Address and Postcode Finder | NZ Post
If you're on the Desktop site already you can try clearing your Cookies & Cache incase you have a redundant cookie interfering How to Clear Your Browser Cache & Cookies: On Any Browser
