Sold item disappeared from account

Hello El. Items with a reference number starting KP have this issue. Been ongoing for more than 6 months. The Trade Me response is here.

There are serious issues with Auctions with KP numbers,

a few weeks ago, I had E-Mail saying auction closing in an hour which I saw hours later, so clicked on link thinking someone else would have won, no apparently I won?, yet no notification saying I won,

It is saying I won 1 minute before it closed?, But the cost was offer price I made a week before?, so would have expired? yet I go to my won folder and it was way down list with possibly the listing date when auction started?, but in auction winning details it stated date that I won that day?,

to this day have received no E-Mail to say I had even won, or offer was accepted, so do not know which is correct winning date? or did it automatically accept my offer just before it closed which would had expired many days before hand, as auction had no bids?,

or was offer accepted, not registered against auction as auction was still running and accepted it at closing??,

This has me totally confused, but Trade Me have all the screen shots, it is so weird, never experienced anything like this before,
