Im trying to Verify a payment with ping, I followed the steps in the email, did what the chat box said, found my 4 digit code and yet it keeps saying its wrong. I'm at a loss, I know I have the correct code from my statement, its in uppercase, why wont it accept it??? what am I doing wrong????

It sounds like you may need to speak with TradeMe staff direct who can verify you and your account, - when you get to the Chat bot type - Talk to person - in the bot window to be transferred through to a Real Person/Staff. - I occasionally need to type this in twice before I'm transferred through. - All the Best!
