Haven't heard from the seller and their email is invalid

Sorry to read of your dilemma with that Trade,
Have a look at your payment instructions from your Seller & in their Profile for a phone number incase it is given.
- Have you checked your spam / junk folder in case an email has ended up there?
- Have you sent your address for Delivery through TradeMe?
- Have you checked your Won items to see if a Courier tracking has been applied?
- Have you placed Feedback yet? - This normally gains a response.
A Friendly Feedback can let them know their email address on TradeMe is invalid & can they please make contact with you. - If after a couple of days you hear nothing you will want to select the Dispute Resolution Link in your Won items Or from within the closed Listing itself in the Top portion of the page under 'Next steps' for TradeMe's assistance in contacting your Buyer on your behalf.
Is your Seller 'In Trade'? - Is it possible this is a registered business company? If you think they may be you can look them up on the NZ Companies Register to possibly obtain contact telephone number(s) and physical address.
