Shortening Special Instructions

It's always been this way Colin and been commented on many times. I don't use book a courier so it's not a problem for me, but when I used BAC it certainly was and I often had to abbreviate or print extra labels with instructions. One school of thought was that it was better to use long instructions so that the if the seller used BAC they would definitely see the instructions, as they had to see them and edit to allow the booking to go through. Some have mentioned that under certain buying circumstances special delivery instructions have not gone through to the seller in emails, but do appear when booking courier.
