Editing my puppy listing to change their age

Hi Amy. Perhaps you could share the listing number so we can have a look?
Is it the wording you don't like or is there some formatting you don't want?
Sometimes people add special characters that alter the formatting without realising it.

Kia Ora Amy,
It sounds as you have a Header page there - is the written typing your own?

Listing number is 5178634099
At the very top in description section it says “4 weeks old” I need that removed now
I entered this myself but now I can’t remove it or see it when I edit the listing it’s very weird0 -

When you made your listing there is a field for the Date of Birth. You must have put the wrong date in here. This is what populates the age header. I don't believe you will be able to fix this. At least not yourself. Perhaps even Trade Me won't be able to. It might mean withdrawing and relisting. In the circumstances Trade Me should fix you up for your fees. But ask them first.

Thanks Callum. The date of birth is correct
The writing that I added in the description field ‘4 weeks old’ was written by myself however when editing I can’t see it to remove it

You're incorrect there I'm afraid Amy. Have a look at all the other dog listings. They all have this header with the dogs age. It is calculated from the Date of Birth you entered when you made the listing and automatically added by Trade Me. You must have made a mistake there.

I didn’t realise the date of birth section added a header in the description field of how old they are. If it does then that’s great will see tomorrow if it changes tomorrow

By the way. You have a stated birthdate of 17/01/2025. This is indeed 4 weeks and 6 days. So I'm not sure why you are saying that's wrong? It will presumably click over to 5 weeks tomorrow.
