Sell Similar
The features I am missing most are Sell Similar and being able to list several courier options as my buyers have their preferred options. Also pickups do not seem to be showing.

An interim workaround for your Pick up & Shipping options would be to list these at the base of your Description. - I hear you on this, one of my Top Sellers can't provide local shipping options atmo' - calculating their available shipping options therefore skyrockets the overall purchase price beyond affordability.
In regards to your Sell Similar, copy & paste info' into New Listings being created, making your Edits as you go. - Keeping a copy of a std document on your Device's word / text writing program comes in handy for this.
You can also place these reported issues through the 'Tell us what you think' Link on the Desktop site from the page you are on at the time you're viewing the issue/missing feature's on the New Look site as these reports go direct to the correct Team who look into that particular issue and enhancements on the site.
Hopefully we start to see some improvements being reinstated in the near future - Cheers.

Kia ora John, as well as the great workaround here from S, you could give My Products a try, it isn't affected by the changes and is free to use. My Products has a 'duplicate' function so you could use that rather than sell similar or as a template for listings. Lots of members on Community use My Products and can give you helpful advice on using it.
