A week past, seller no contact or item
AnsweredI won an item last Tuesday, received payment instructions, Paid immediately & provided delivery address, today is Monday next week & still NOT a single word from this seller or acknowledgment, also, there are no dispute link on the auction to take action with trade me, I don't know what to do.

Sorry to read of your experience with that trade,
A few things to try for you...
- Have you emailed your Seller as yet to confirm you have made payment & request a Tracking number?
- Have you checked your spam / junk folder in case an email has ended up there?
- Have you checked your Won items to see if a Courier tracking has been applied?
- Have you placed Feedback yet? - This normally gains a response.
Feedback can ask your Seller to check their Email spam / junk folder as you have emailed them and to please contact you with the Tracking number.You should find the Dispute Resolution Tab in your Won items Or from within the closed Listing itself in the Top portion of the page under 'Next steps' for TradeMe's assistance. - Let us know if this is in neither place Or if the item isn't in your Won items.Is your Seller 'In Trade'? - Is it possible this is a registered business company? If you think they may be you can look them up on the NZ Companies Register to possibly obtain contact telephone number(s) and physical address.All the Best! - Cheers.0 -
I have done all the above, still nothing. Also there are no dispute resolution link on this won auction (I checked).

In that case to contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for assistance, If you select the Contact us Link at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen. - Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once opened in a New conversation - Talk to person - and you are taken to entering a few details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff. - Enter your Listing number in the Chat window here enabling staff to pull it up readily.
The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pmAll the Best! - Cheers.0
