Unable to relist
Hi can you please help,,, I tried chat with no sucess
It says closed without a buyer
We are upgrading some of our system., so I am unable ro relist
I have listings which closed 4th Jan
which I want to relist, after 45 days it will disappear and I will have to go through the process of a new listing

Yes! That's right, TradeMe are gradually upgrading the system which is causing a disruption from the normal trading experience for a few Listings in some categories - The ability to Relist is 1 of the options they are hoping to have reinstalled in their New System early on this year 2025. - These features are only missing for a few Listings in some categories currently, you may find other Listings have the function available.
You can find information on the upgrades through the Announcement - We are changing, with you | Trade Me
In the interim you may be able to use the Sell Similar function, if not copy & paste your information & photo's into a New Listing while you have the information available. - Cheers.

Kia ora Rosalie, you might also want to give My Products a try, it's not affected by the changes and products don't expire after 45 days. You can activate or deactivate products giving you flexibility with listing your items. There are lots of members on Community who use My Products and can offer help and advice to get you started. The advice from S above will also work though the Sell similar feature may not be available for some listings.

I had a similar, perhaps the same problem, in Unsold Items where the last of three did not have the relist option. I clicked on the item and on its opened page there was the option to relist that worked. HTH.

I'm encountering ongoing problems relisting ALL items at a few clicks which the old system allowed me to do without issues.
The so-called upgrades are imo terrible.
