TradeMe are gradually upgrading the system which is causing a disruption from the normal trading experience for a few Listings in some categories - The ability to Quick Relist & make Fixed Price Offer's are 2 of the options they are hoping to have reinstalled in their New System early on this year 2025. - These features are only missing for a few Listings in some categories currently, you may find other Listings have the functions available.
You can follow progress on the upgrades & intended reinstated features through the help file We're upgrading some of our systems – Help - Trade Me
In the interim you may be able to use the Sell Similar function, if not your Bidders & watchers may have saved you to their favourites so they are emailed daily with your New Listings. - Cheers.

Hi my account is on hold as it wants me to verify which I cave but it still doesn’t let me in? Why is this? Has anyone else had this problem

It's Afterhours now, if you are still on hold tomorrow, Monday 17 February 2025, you will want to contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for assistance, If you select the Contact us Link at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen. - Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once opened in a New conversation - Talk to person - and you are taken to entering a few details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff.
The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm- Cheers.0
