Easy answer here. You can't. Once an auction has bids a lot of things get locked down.
Obvious why when you think about it. You wouldn't want to bid on something then find out things had changed after you placed your bid.
About all you can do is mention that pick-ups are available in the section provided for comments.
If there is only one bid at this stage, you could remove it and edit the auction to add pick-ups. If you do that let the previous bidder know via the comment section as well. "Sorry XXXX I had to remove your bid to correct something on this auction, you are welcome to bid again now if you want"
