Faulty Products after 30 days!
AnsweredHow do I contact Trade Me after 30 days of a brand new product turning out to be faulty? It was purchased on the 30/11/24. I received it by mail one week later, and by the 14/01/25 it was faulty. All the contact links in the system go in circles to no where!
And the seller will not make contact!

Sorry to read of your experience,
Is your Seller In-Trade? - If you think they may be a registered business you can look the up on the NZ Companies register to possibly obtain their phone number and address details.
When all attempts of contacting the Seller are exhausted we contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for assistance, If you select the Contact us Link at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen. - Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once opened in a New conversation - Talk to person - and you are taken to entering a few details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff.
The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pmAfterhours you can follow the same steps to leave a detailed message and a staff member will email back during manned hours - I find this is quite prompt.All the Best! - Cheers.0
