reference #: P243142957 Good morning. I made this purchase on 02 July, have been chasing the seller for delivery or a refund. Seller kept promising delivery. Items finally delivered on 31st August, but not the correct ones. Have been chasing seller since. They acknowledge but no refund or delivery of correct chairs This is now outside the time to file a dispute. Please assist
