After refunding an item, the seller gave me a negative review on the item as well on everything I have sold and have listed I totally refunded via ping so it's time stamped No rbe buyer had open a dispute and email me asking for the refund What can I do about the negative review of my entire listing And the buyer emailing me for more money

Sorry to read of your experience with that Trade,

Ping Refunds are made directly back into the card which was used to make the purchase, the money never comes back into TradeMe, - the TM Ledger just records the transaction. - You may have to relay to your Buyer to check their Bank Statement under the card they used to make payment incase they are expecting to see the money in their Ping account.

Was shipping cost included in the Ping purchase Or is this a separate payment your Buyer is asking for?

To Dispute Feedback placed refer to the Help file Disputing feedback from the buyer – Help - Trade Me - Feedback can only be disputed within the first 45 days of the Listing closing so if this is close you will want to file the report now!
