Pick-up location different to User profile location - not correct when searching

Scott, you can only change your settings to sell from one location at a time. You can't have multiple items listed from different locations.

Thanks Gary, That's a bit annoying considering it still shows Whanganui when I view the listing under 'my listings'. Also annoying I as paid for listing ungrades which won't be re-imbursed when it doesn't sell as people who view the listing won't bid as the location is in-correct.

Guess I will just have to list these at separate times and update my profile location.

Yes, it can be a bit of a minefield selling things not in your usual location. 2 days ago I went searching for something in Auckland as I wanted it quite quickly, so made sure to specify Auckland in my search filter. Found what I wanted from a professional seller with 1300+ listings that said they were in Auckland and shipping said expected delivery 1-2 days to Auckland. Last night received a tracking email that says it was collected from the seller, in Christchurch? I wondered if I had it mixed up with another purchase, but no. I checked the sellers other listings and shipping options on some items were cheaper for Christchurch although some had nationwide, so emailed the seller this morning to check, but haven't heard back yet. A bit silly having location filters when seller's stop them from working correctly. Could be with my seller they are dropshipping from another location, so another reason that location should be specified per item, not per seller.
