Afterpay no payment

Hello Alex. Yes, afterpay should be instant payment into your Trade Me afterpay/paynow account. Or do you mean transfer to your bank account? That isn't instant, but processed daily assuming there are no other holdups.

I have just sold an item using afterpay which i have never used before. I can see it sitting in my trade me / afterpay account, does this then get credited to my bank account by tomorrow at 10am

We paid trade me fees but to date have had no payment from purchasers even after contact.

Hello Leslee. Firstly you need to remove the sellers name and auction number. You can't post those here.

Then you can leave feedback for the buyer (Maybe neutral for now, you can change it later) saying you are still waiting for their contact. Don't forget to check your own spam in case the buyer has been trying to contact you, but you missed it.

You can also request your fees back for this trade which will trigger a reminder email from Trade Me to the buyer that they need to complete the trade.
