Ping payment denied saying ad hoc

Kia Ora Cliff,
Do you have Automatic Payment Transfers set up to your Bank account?
Ad Hoc is a one off manual payment. - If this is your first time transferring a Ping balance to your Bank account look for an email from TradeMe Trust & Safety, they may be requesting further verification information from you - especially if your Bank account name is different or not an exact match to your TradeMe name details provided. - If there is an email reply with requested information asap to get this processed. - A manual transfer will have to be reselected to release the funds after the verification process Otherwise Automatic transfers are set to leave TradeMe at approx. 2:45pm everyday - any payments transferred after 2:45pm will go out in the following days batch - from there it is upto your Banks processing times for the money to show in your account - This can take 1 - 2 days depending on your Bank. - Cheers.

I have transferred out from my ping balance to my bank account as recently as 2 or so months ago. None of my details have changed and despite me having made the request to transfer funds out thrice (and received the unable to do as ad hoc payment notification) I'm yet to receive such an email from Trademe (and yes I have checked my junk folder). Here's hoping for the automated transfer (luckily I'm with Kiwibank and so will see the funds at 3pm -if they've come in). Failing that, I'll be back here.

S Community SuperuserKia Ora Rebbecca,Ad Hoc' is waiting for a manual transfer out rather than the automatic transfer of payment. You will want to go back through and re-select the manual transfer out to release the funds if these haven't been transferred into your Bank account as yet. - Cheers.0

I can’t seem to do so as well didn’t get any confirmation from trademe as far as I know also says bank is bnz when it’s actually co-operative bank, ask for assistance through the app as we used to be able to call but not any more🤷🏽♂️

Kia Ora jjjjaw,
TradeMe only send an email if they need to verify your Ping payment & Bank account Therefore it's quite possible you won't receive an email.
If you have the same Adhoc message this means you need to go back through and select the manual transfer out to release the funds for transfer. - The Co-Op Bank has the same prefix as the BNZ, this is why it's come up as BNZ for you being the more common of the 2 used, your Co-Op Bank account number will see the funds transferred correctly for you.
If you want to set up the automatic transfer of Ping funds you can find the instructions through the following Help file...
Transfer out your Ping balance – Help - Trade Me
If you are getting a different message than Ad Hoc can you let us know what your message is please? - Cheers.
