Updating a listing
H. I am having an issue updating my listing. Mason and I messaged this afternoon and he was meant to be phoning me at 630 pm but hasn't. I have emailed him the screen short I promised him. How do I make contact with someone to find out what is going on?

Sorry to read you've been left in limbo there,
As you have replied to your transcript with Mason and provided a screenshot a staff member should be back in touch with you regarding this. You can make contact again via the Live Chat system if needs must for reassurance However every message via email will be picked up by a staff member including in Mason's absence.
