Not getting any emails form trademe in yahoo mail

Hi there , are there any other people not getting any emails from trademe mail , Im using yahoo email and around a week ago stopped recieving any emails from trademe , I have added trademe to the contacts list in yahoo but that has not worked , any advise thanks

It is possible an Exception has been placed on your account which is now preventing these emails from being sent out - you are best to contact TradeMe Staff through their "Live Chat" Facility for assistance, the CE Team can confirm if these emails are being sent and if there is an exception they will be able to remove this from your account for you.The Live Chat manned hours today are up to - 4:pm- Cheers.1 -
