Password reset and email Authentication verification not working
AnsweredHi,
I receive the emails to reset my password, then I am told that I still need to verify my account. Click on 'send email'. I have attempted this now many times and no email received. Checked spam, added TradeMe to email contacts and still no email. Chatbot was not able to understand this to help. Please help

Sorry no one has come back to you as yet,
Ensure you clear any saved passwords you may have on your Browser or Device / Password Manager first.I have just tested resetting my password through both the TM password change in 'My TradeMe' account & the 'Forgotten password' at Login screen & have Confirmation both ways that my password was changed. - I am on the Desktop site - MS Edge Browser.If you are still having the same trouble, after clearing any saved passwords you can contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for further assistance & to report your issue, If you select the Contact us Link at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen. - Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once opened in a New conversation - Talk to person - and you are taken to entering a few details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff.
The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm- Cheers.0 -
I have the same problem and I believe it is a scam!!! If you go to the 2 step process it asks you to register a credit card.

That's a very strange redirect you're getting for sure, you are best to contact TradeMe staff direct through their 'Live Chat' facility in order to get this sorted for you. - Follow the steps to Live Chat as given above your Comment.
