Double check your emails including your spam/junk folder for one from the TradeMe Trust & Safety team, - it's possible your Ping payment has been put on hold if TradeMe require you to verify any information - you will want to respond asap to get the Trade in motion.
TradeMe will occasionally hold a payment whilst they check a New Seller out, if the sum is for a large amount, the Buyer's name doesn't match the card associated with Ping etc. - there are a number of reasons whilst checks are made though these are actioned fairly quickly once the Buyer has supplied the information TradeMe may have requested.
If you can't find any email you can contact a TradeMe staff member directly through "Live Chat" for assistance from 9:30am tomorrow 22 December 2024 - Cheers.

Take a screenshot of that email to send into TradeMe staff,
You contact TradeMe staff directly through "Live Chat" for assistance, If you select the Contact us Link at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen. - Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once opened in a New conversation - Talk to person - and you are taken to entering a few details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff. - Enter your Listing number in the window here & attach a copy of your screenshot.
The Live Chat will be manned by staff from 9:30am tomorrow 22 December 2024 - Cheers.
