Trademe won't let me use Ping to buy.
A few weeks back I asked a customer that I regularly buy from if he would list the same item for me with an Afterpay option. I made the purchase. I now find that the only way I can purchase on Trademe is via Afterpay if the seller gives the option, the Ping facility no longer works for any seller. When I try to pay with Ping I get a notice in a green background block that says Please Chose a Purchase Option. No matter what I do I cannot use the Ping option. I have got an in credit Visa Credit card linked to Trademe that is working because I checked by using it to increase my Trademe credit balance. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Colin

Are you using the Desktop site or one of the Apps?
I can Confirm I am using the Desktop site, MS Edge Browser & have No problem using Ping.
If you're on one of the Apps type Trademe.co.nz in your Device Browser to go through to the Desktop site to try in the interim.
A few Troubleshooting steps ...- Are you on the latest up to date version of the Browser or App? - App updates are rolled out quite frequently so it pays to check.
- Try clearing your Cookies & Cache then reconnect to TM with a fresh start.
- If you're using the App try uninstalling it then reinstalling it.

I am using the Desktop site and Microsoft Edge Browser. I just made a purchase, had to use Afterpay which fortunately the seller gave it as an option. I then went into Afterpay and paid it off with my credit card. Really annoying. I know how to refresh, I use a PC and do not download or use Apps. I have been working computers and the Internet since the days of Billboards before the WWW began and most users here were born.

In that case if a hard Refresh doesn't clear the issue and another Member can't help, you will want to contact a TradeMe staff member directly through "Live Chat" for assistance.
