Can't log on via PC, but can in app

Hi all,

Not sure how to fix this. I can't seem to log in to my account via PC browser. However I can log in via the app using the same credentials.

I've cleared my temp data like cookies. Ensured auto-fill isn't happening. Reset my password three times. I've tried in Chrome and Edge. Anyone else had this issue and know how to fix? Super annoying not being able to access my account via PC.
