Restrictions
Restrictions have been placed on my acc for reasons unknown to me,it is not now or ever in debt and I cannot make any purchases ,I have 100 percent feedback and I don't seem to be able to contact anyone for assistance,if anyone can provide a email or such would be appreciated so I can reach the right people.The ai nonsense doesn't help.Thanks

Restricted accounts can be for many different reasons including the potential of securing the Members account from harm.
Double check your emails including your spam/junk folders for any from TradeMe requesting further information from you, after which you can contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for direct assistance - If you select the Contact us Link at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen. - Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once opened - person - and you will be taken to entering your details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff.
The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm- Cheers.0
