2 factor identification
AnsweredI am having issues with my email provider (xtra) and cannot currently log on.
As part of their process, they have cleaned stuff out of my computer, and now I need to log onto Trade Me again, but Trade Me is sending 2 factor identification to my email address, which I cannot access.
Can they send it to my mobile phone instead? They will have the number of file - -

Hopefully you saved your recovery code as instructed, so you will be able to gain access that way.
