Can't extend classified.
OMG where are the humans on the end of the helpline at Trademe? There's no way to get hold of anyone, hence trying this. I listed a classified then got the email that it was about to expire but the "extend my classified" link never works and only gives the 500 error. So I wasted $150 after I couldn't renew my first listing, paid for another listing and its doing it again. What do I do? I'm $300 down and not keen to pay another listing fee. Why can't I extend the listing? Does trademe not have humans to help with this kind of issue any more? Thanks

Extending Classified Listings has to be done via the Desktop site - the Apps don't have full Desktop features as yet - type TradeMe.co.nz in your device browser to go to the Desktop site.
Under the circumstances TradeMe should help you with those prior Relisting fees so you only pay for your Listing once and you can contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" to discuss this.
The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm - Being Labour Day today Chat will likely be manned in weekend hours. - Enter your Listing number in the Chat window enabling staff to pull it up readily. - Cheers.
