Sometimes these glitches correct themselves overnight, if not for you try a few troubleshooting steps as below...
- Are you using the Desktop site or an App? - Have you tried through both?
- Are you on the latest up to date version of the Browser or App? - App updates are rolled out quite frequently so it pays to check.
- Try clearing your Cookies & Cache then reconnect to TM with a fresh start.
- If you're using the App try uninstalling it then reinstalling it.
- If you're using one of the Apps type Trademe.co.nz in your device browser to go through the Desktop site - likewise if you're using the Desktop site are you able to use one of the Apps instead.

If you still can't edit to add pics and you are under the quota of 20 you can contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for assistance. - Cheers.

Ive been having the problem for a year. went through the user support, and they were never able to solve the problem. Half of my listings have no photos now, which means they dont get sold and trademe miss out. all files well under the 5mb, cant upload from macbook or iphone. they upload to other platforms such as facebook or my ecommerce site just fine. there are dozens of threads on the same issue, trademe just wasting thier time on this new look development instead of getting the basics right.

Kia ora Matthew and Andy, if you've followed the advice from S and are still having problems, contact the team on live chat to look into it. This sounds like it could be a bug

Already have Michelle, they arent interested, I first raised this issue a year or so ago. Hopeless. The only way it works is i have to email the photos to myself, choose the smallest file size possible, save them from an email onto my computer, and then upload them that way. the files end up being about 600 x 600 pixels, so the quality is pathetic.

Sorry to hear this Andy. If it is a bug then we will be waiting on a fix. I'll email you shortly to get some more information, I'm just looking into whether we have a workaround at all.

Hi everybody. Ive uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Same scenario. I found i can edit/upload pics through the browser so it is possible but inconvenient

Kia ora Matthew, thanks for the update, it's good that you've found a workaround, even though it's not ideal. I've emailed you for some more info too in case this is a bug that we need to look into.
