Answering a question on a listing
I am trying to answer a question about courier costs on a listing. My answer includes the dollar amount of the quote and a Post Code used for the quote and the answer will not submit because "phone numbers and email addresses are not allowed." So how do I answer the buyers question. I am assuming the numbers are being interpreted as phone number / email address incorrectly.

Hello Jane. Yes, a common problem that has been discussed a few times on here lately. Trade Me have changed things and tightened (overtightened?) the checks on what is said. You can try typing out the numbers as words, and if you have the word "at" in your answer get rid of that.

Kia Ora Jane,
You can find a few editing suggestions through Post: Is there still a suggestions link? – Help - Trade Me - Cheers.

Hi Jane, I answer that sort of question by telling the potential-buyer that there is now a problem with putting numbers into the answer-section, and that I have therefore added my answer, about courier-costs, in the details of my listing, so to check the added-details in my listing-details. I also try putting the number/s as a word or words, to try to answer the question in the answer-section.
