why is it so hard to contact a human
Tonight i transfered some money into my trade me account mistakingly thinking i could pay for a recent purchase....iwant to transfer that money to my ping account ...no can do. Thinking i will contact a staff member to help solve this ...as its still my money so i should be able to do what i want.........there are to many steps to try to just get a small problem solved. why do i have to go through a posting situation?????? why cannot just have my money back or transfered and why does it take this much time ??????

Hello Brett. You would just request the accidental payment back. It's explained in the help file which I will link below. At the bottom is a clickable contact us which ensures your request gets through to the correct person.
