Ping
Giday. I have not received my payment from ping yet and I deposited it before 2pm yesterday. I’m concerned about this, I have checked to make sure my bank account numbers lined up as they did, I still haven’t received payment

S Community SuperuserEditedHave you verified your account with TradeMe?When you set a Bank Transfer up for the first time you will see a 1cent deposit in your Bank account from TradeMe which has a code near it. Once you see the 1cent you need to scan your emails - spam/junk folders as well, for one from the TradeMe Trust & Safety Team asking you to verify your account - Once you reply with that verification, if you have made a manual transfer out you need to select that same Manual Transfer button Tab again to release the funds. - It can take 1 - 2 days for the payment to show in your Bank account depending on your Banks processing times.Following transfer outs will be seamless, unless any suspicious activity is picked up, the setup code is only for your first transaction - Cheers.0 -
