I can't change from Basic to access the Feature option.

Hi. When I try to click on Feature while setting up the listing it remains greyed out. I'm stuck on Basic and would appreciate some help. Thank you. Neil

Sorry to read you're having trouble there,
- Is this a New Listing Or an item you're Relisting/Renewing?
- What Category are you Listing in?
- Do you have enough funds in your TradeMe account to pay for the Feature Listing?
- Are you using the Desktop site or one of the Apps?
Where a field is greyed out it means that field can't be changed therefore you will have to create a New Listing and some Listings can only be created on the Desktop site. - Cheers.

Gary-NZStocked Community SuperuserIf you are using the Desktop site Lindsey and Neil, the easiest way to upgrade is to use the Promote button if you go to your Items I'm selling page.
Then you get the following page where you can choose the feature options you want without changing anything else.
