No ability to bulk feedback on new-look, does anyone use My Products for this?
my sold items page got the 'upgrade'. It doesnt have bulk feedback option which is very difficult to work with. Does anyone use the "my products" sold items page? Its just so big and clunky I havent dared try it. So much information on there. but seems to be missing the email address of the customer, which I now need because I have to email tracking details directly.

Hi Jakob. Yes, buyers email is available on My Products Sold tab. Just hit the little envelope icon next to the buyer name.
It will depend which email client you have loaded on your browser what happens next. For me, with Gmail, it then opens a new page or tab with the reference number and title of the auction populated on the subject line.
Luckily I'm not on the new sold page yet. I thought it was still only casual sellers that had been switched over. But I guess my days are numbered if you've been hit with it?

Bidbud can place bulk feedback. I don't use it myself (have my own system), just remembered it exists :)

Looks like you tick the sold items you want to feedback, and complete it at the bottom of the page (all selected will get the same feedback).

I wish they gave us a choice. I use the Desktop site but it often changes to the 'New Trademe' urgh.
They still haven't fixed issue of the buyer address emails coming through without any address just
Buyer to pick-up or make arrangements directly with the seller
It been happening for nearly 2 years & they still haven't sorted it. FFS

Wow im glad I havent had that one Victoria.. I get the issue where people put stuff in delivery notes and it comes through blank. Get buyers all the time saying they sent me a message there but it doesnt send.
Im back on the old version today for the sold items page. Hope it stays, but thanks callum at least I can use the MP version with the copy email option :). Otherwise bidbud it is.

How do you delete a Feedback left to the wrong person. And how do you change Feedback already given?
