Trademe App "You're offline!"
New phone - Google Pixel 7a
Won't load any listings or watchlist etc. Just says "You're offline" "Oops, something went wrong please try again later"
Logs in fine. All permissions allowed.
Doesn't work on wifi or mobile data
Not sure what's wrong?

Sorry to read you're having that issue,
A few Troubleshooting steps for you...
- Ensure your Device Browser & App are running the Latest up to date version.
- Close the App altogether instead of just exiting it.
- Delete and Reinstall the App.
- Clear your Browser cookies & cache.
- Disable VPN if you use one.
- Try going through the Desktop site by typing TradeMe.co.nz in your Device Browser to see if the problem persists.
