Trade Me needs to put buyer contact details in Notifications
I received a question from a buyer in my inbox but it's not on my notifications and there is no email for me to answer buyer's question.
Looks like technical problems with Trade Me.

Gary-NZStocked Community SuperuserCaroline, what Inbox is the message in if it's not in your email inbox? The email about a question gives a clickable link that takes you to the Trademe listing to answer the question, IF the listing is still live.

Sorted it out now, though why was question not in notifications?

So, was the email in your email inbox after all? No idea about the notifications sorry, as have never used them.

Caroline it might pay to check your notifications settings to make sure the questions asked option is selected in the selling notifications options.
