Phone numbers in questions

If youre happy to add a Buy Now just add one otherwise reply through Q&A sorry Id prefer to let the auction run. Theyre not meant to put their phone number like that as all contact is meant to be done via Trademe Q&A otherwise can be seen as Seller trying to avoid fees.

The potential buyer is not supposed to put their phone number there. You can ask TradeMe to remove it. Community Watch your auction and find the subject that says contact details are being shared in the Q&A

As Callum, ask Trade Me to remove it, rather than Community watch your auction, it is quicker to go via chat,

as action on community watch seems very slow theses days, sometimes no action before an auction closes.

Also if it is member who has been on Trade Me for many years with lots of feedback who should better & know the rules by now

and is possibly a serial offender for doing it, I have known to blacklist them,

Less seasoned traders, likely not up to date on all rules, although there is a warning when you go to ask question,

I just get question removed,

But I never engage in their requests, otherwise you become part of the problem of rule breakers,

all communication is via E-Mail only, so have a paper Trail if something goes haywire.
