Having issues communicating with the buyer after completing the sale

I have an item that the buyer has paid for (via bank payment), I have been communicating with them via the Trademe messaging but now the item was sold over 45 days ago and it is no longer appearing on my sold list. I did have an e-mail address and have tried that but it bounces back saying their mailbox is full. I have no other means of contact. Not sure what to do now.

After submitting this I realised I could go back through my e-mails to the one sent when the auction closed and link the the listing from there, so I can message the buyer but I don't know if they will be able to see those messages as I expect the sold item will have dropped off their view as well

Gary-NZStocked Community SuperuserMichelle, as the listing has closed over 45 days ago, it's not possible to use message on Trademe or place feedback to prompt the buyer. I would contact Trademe using live chat and see if they can contact the buyer although if you are getting a mailbox full message, Trademe will too. You may be able to track down the buyer if you have their full name using a google search or one of the social networks.

Thanks. How do i contact Trademe using live chat? When i click on the Get in touch option i get stuck in a loop of standard questions and responses. I can never find the option to actually talk to someone

To contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for assistance, If you select the Contact us Link at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen. - Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once opened - person - and you will be taken to entering your details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff. - Enter your Listing number in the Chat window here enabling staff to pull it up readily, they may have another means of contacting your Buyer.The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pmAll the Best! - Cheers.0
