View expired classified
I recently purchased something from a TM classified but I've discovered after the purchase that some things stated in the classified may have been incorrect.
I don't have a copy of the classified and although it's still in my Lost trades list, I can't view it as it has expired.
Is there anyway of retrieving the expired ad?

Callum Community SuperuserHi Dave. Easy answer here. You can't. Once a classified is withdrawn it's gone for good.
Apparently sometimes google might cache the page, so you could try a google search of their cached pages. Otherwise (hindsight I know) The only way to retain a classified is to screenshot while it is live.

If you contact TradeMe staff they will be able to help you out as long as you can prove you're the Buyer - Have this info' ready to attach along with the Listing number in a Live Chat session.
To contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for assistance, If you select the Contact us Link at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen. - Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once opened - person - and you will be taken to entering your details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff.The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm- Cheers.0 -
