Getting this error after clicking on Payment Instructions, can this be fixed please and how long does it take?

Callum Community SuperuserHi Kimberley. Yes, the error messages on TradeMe are often very unhelpful. There is a good chance you are getting this error because the seller hasn't actually set up the payment instructions.
In that case you would email the seller or wait for them to send the payment instructions through to you.
