I want to close my Trade Me account

It is impossible to close my trademe account. Solution goes ound and round in cicles, there no webform anywhere to fill in and get things done. Plus on top, the live chat is not functional! What is Trademe doing!?

There is no form to complete to close your account anymore - this is only done by making direct contact with TradeMe Staff.
I have just gone through a Live Chat session to confirm the line is up & running for you, I had to Log out to get a fresh Chat window to come up for me to start a new conversation, Logged out I've succeeded - How are you accessing the Live Chat? - I am on the Desktop site.
If you select the Contact us Link at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen. - Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once opened - person - and you will be taken to entering your details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff.The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 6:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pmIf you still can't access the Chat system, logged in Or out, let us know what's happening for you - Cheers.0
