We've updated Community Guidelines

We’ve updated our guidelines to clarify the purpose of Community as a place for peer-to-peer help with specific aspects of using Trade Me. 

As a part of our Help Centre, it’s important that it’s easy to find answers to questions across Community and Help together. We know from our surveys that users of Community have a better experience when they find the information they are looking for, but that it can be hard to find the right information at the moment. 

We want to improve the ability to find help when needed – you may notice more moderation (including limiting general discussions) and a refresh of historic content while we apply our updated guidelines in line with the purpose of Community.
