I have just listed my property for rent. I have been contacted by Renti asking to allow them access to my Trademe enquires. Is Renti safe and reliable? Is there any catch? Any comments will be most appreciated. Thank you.

I have to say that finding information on what Renti does and who's responsible for what is vague. It's a great idea and service, but a simple how to and diagram of what is the landlords responsibility vs the tenants would be good. Unless I just missed that ?

Seems to preclude a landlord getting in touch with an enquirer. Confusing. Recommend you give it a miss
