Goods sold by Buy Now after the auction has already been won

This happens every hour of every day if the seller has more than one. Item sells, seller offers an FPO to all others, item also relisted. If it's a one off item though it's not allowed to do that. You can decline the offer and use the Contact Us page to let Trademe know about it.

If they are selling more than one of the items in the auction you mean? Is that all automated?
If it happens as much as you say clearly TM are ok with it..0 -

No, I mean if say the seller is auctioning one at a time, but they have 10. One sells, one goes by fpo, both attract a success fee so Trade me are happy and seller is happy. It can be done automatically or the seller may often do it manually so they can adjust FPO price before offering.

This is an example, I had 2 items the same, so same listing number, but 2 different purchase numbers,
so 2 sales from one auction, as when it sold, I offered out a Fixed price offer to other bidders and watchers which was accepted,
it is all above board, as you can only have one listing for an item, not 2 or more listings the same,
so if you have quantities of say 3 you sell 1, you can offer one out, and then relist with the 3rd one (last one),
If you use My Products, this can be set up to all happen automatically, if some one uses the buy now, so seller may not even be on Trade Me at the time,
