Seller is having trouble entering my address details into the TM courier service

Can someone tell me where I can find the rules on sending an item via Trade Me courier services?
I have paid good money for an item to be shipped to me, the seller is telling me he can't enter more than 40 characters for name and address? We are back and forwards and not getting anywhere... where else am I meant to send the item if he can't enter my details into the system?

Gary-NZStocked Community SuperuserAmber, ask the seller to manually input your name and address and shorten anything that's too long and add it to the Delivery instructions field, although that has a small char limit too. Name should not be anywhere near 40 chars and address can be chosen using the Trademe address lookup if the seller starts typing your address and chooses from the dropdown list of addresses that appears. You may want to manually try and input your address in the Send something else courier booker and see if you can replicate what the seller is seeing and then give them an edited one that works.
