Hi all, first time asking a question here  I'm not sure when this happened but as a private seller (Non-Trade) I can't seem to do refunds when the payment was made by Afterpay, it's no longer an option. Using the chat bot it asked if my sale was a KP or P, I told it KP and it said these are tricky and I have to go through customer service. Why was this option removed? I sold 2 things to the same person but they paid full shipping on both so I wanted to refund 1 shipping cost since I can combine them.
