I've already sent support tickets about the issues I had, the issues still persist. In the support ticket I sent multiple screenshots of issues with the emails using Thunderbird, Gmail on Chrome and Firefox. Search results not working and a screenshot of the botched links. None of these issues have been fixed, Also the "Latest Listings" email for favorite searches don't tell you what "Favorite Search" it's for anymore. Everything has been messed up since the update. Hi all, first time asking a question here I'm not sure when this happened but as a private seller (Non-Trade) I can't seem to do refunds when the payment was made by Afterpay, it's no longer an option. Using the chat bot it asked if my sale was a KP or P, I told it KP and it said these are tricky and I have to go through customer service. Why was this option removed? I sold 2 things to the same person but they paid full shipping on both so I wanted to refund 1 shipping cost since I can combine them.
