    Buyer hasn't been in touch and annoyed with the lack of communication.  I need to apply for a success fee refund, but don't seem to be able to find the "New Look Site" where the info "if the sale falls through". Frustrated still!!

    Buyer keeps promising to come pick up the item but still not happened- its been over 2 weeks. Am I allowed to cancel the transaction and relist? Buyer has not paid.
