Hello. Advise please! Recently sold a clothing item which to my eye was in excellent condition, buyer has received and pointed out a small 1-2cm part of stitching missing (it’s a about 6 stitches have come undone) on some binding on a bottom seam. I 100% didn’t know it was there but it actually can be seen in the photos. I have offered a full refund upon its return. They don’t want that, this could be easily fixed with a needle and cotton and the missing stitching will not in anyway effect it’s wear. I’m not sure what to do and don’t want to start getting into any arguments!

I'm a new trader (I have had a trade me account before but have been away overseas) I listed my first item for sale and watched the bidding going on in the final minutes which then keep exceeding time, anyway I emailed the buyer within an hour, no response, then again, the following day, no response until day three/four, now I understand people are busy but if you can sit and bid on an auction I'm sure you can check your emails, what happened next was a bit weird, the email I got was straight out accusing me of being a scammer and he refused to pay without somesort of guarte...
